Open Science with Jupyter Notebook

Abstract

The advanced training gives an insight into the potentials that arise for modern teaching and open research in the use of Jupyter notebooks. In addition, the possibilities of presenting and publishing with and from Jupyter Notebook are tried out in a practice-oriented way. The final part is a consideration of how Jupyter Notebook can work together with Markdown, GitLab and Docker.
